Home Communication Week 2

Welcome to Week 2!
We hope you enjoyed the fabulous weather over the long weekend, with your families!

Our school Athletics day is on TUESDAY 23rd October. A newsletter came home with this information in it, however if you have misplaced this you can find the information here. 

Remember sun hats, sunscreen and a nutritious lunch are the order of the day!

SUN HATS - 
This term is a 'Sun hats' term, so please ensure these are at school ready to go each day. Year 8's who have earned their caps, are more than welcome to wear these as a sunhat. We have lovely new shade sails going in at school, and these will be the areas, for those who don't wear their sun hats, to sit in. 

CELL PHONES AT SCHOOL - 

We are reminding all children that as per their ICT Digital Device Agreement, they are required to sign their cell phones in at the Office, on arrival at school in the morning. If children are found to be flouting this agreement, they will be expected to leave cell phones at home indefinitely. Your support in this area is appreciated. 

SEESAW - 

Last week on Seesaw, you will have received your child's goals for Term 4. This week we will post a photo of our CALENDAR ART so you can see the work your child has been SLAVING on for the last few weeks! Please feel free to write comments - we think you will be super impressed! 

YEAR 8 STUDENTS - 

At the end of Term 3 you were handed a package of information for Camp Wellington. Please ensure all BEHAVIOUR CONTRACTS and HEALTH FORMS are returned to school!

YEAR 8 PARENTS - 

Remember to pop your name into the google doc that was sent to you in the holidays! Thank you so much to those who have done this already! 

Also, don't forget the baby photo of your darling Year 8 rascal!  Please ensure these are sent to us via email ASAP as a JPEG (photo) or if you prefer bring it to school in a NAMED envelope and we will scan this for you. 

We have our Year 8 Camp Parent Meeting in Aspire on TUESDAY 23rd OCTOBER at 4pm. Please ensure you are at this meeting if you are one of our Parent Helpers. 

SAUSAGE SIZZLE - 

This will be run by the PTA and is on Friday, please order through the usual channels.

* THURSDAY : Prize Giving Assemblies - Afternoon and Evening 

* FRIDAY : LAST DAY! School finishes at 12:30pm
